Terms and conditions

Bookings & Payment

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required to secure your session.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate changes.

Session Details

  • Sessions are typically short and sweet to keep things relaxed for kids and families.

  • Locations are within the ACT region. Travel to the NSW South Coast, Snowy Mountains, and Bombala region may be available by arrangement.

Image Delivery

  • Images are delivered as high-quality digital JPEG downloads.

  • The Sapling team selects and edits the final images.

  • Images are available for download for 90 days after delivery.

Privacy & Consent

  • We respect your privacy. Personal details are only used for booking and communication purposes.

  • Images are not shared with third parties, except where film processing requires external development.

  • With your consent, we may include selected images in our online portfolio. In return, you’ll receive a $50 voucher to go to a future session (for you or a friend to use).

  • If you want to keep in touch, you can choose to follow us on social media or join our mailing list.

Liability

  • While every care is taken, Sapling Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, or uncooperative little ones.

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that some candid moments may be imperfect — but that’s part of their beauty.
